My full-time job as an Executive Administrative Assistant is very detailed-oriented and requires regimented organization. I get a lot of satisfaction from my ability in this role. However, it doesn't allow me the creative outlet I need.
I was invited to participate in an art show where I presented my handmade jackets, and it was a success. This led me to look for my first vendor booth. Some trial and error resulted in more success. Now, I get many of my customers through word-of-mouth referrals and custom orders.
